We provide all kind of assistance in the immigration area comprehending (i) for foreigners: the obtaining of the appropriate visa to the activities to be developed in Brazil; and (ii) for the Brazilians: the obtaining of appropriate visa to the country of his/her new one designation.

Regarding the required visa to work in Brazil, we provide consulting to our customers to facilitate the identification of the appropriate visa. Beyond the most common visas, as the permanent visa and the temporary visa, we provide total assistance in the obtaining of technical visa, in the modalities (i) emergencial (ii) 90 (ninety) days; and (iii) 1 (one) year for technicians that come to Brazil under technology transfer agreement and/or technical assistance agreement. For those situations involving technology transfer and technical assistance, we provide assistance in elaborating the appropriate agreement and when necessary we assist our clients in taking the previous steps to the visa obtaining (registration before the Brazilian Industrial Property Institute (INPI) and Brazilian Central Bank - BACEN).
